A break in comms between Inverter and Battery Storage.
Look in User Manual for correct CT/CAN wiring Connection. Then go to settings and follow step by step guide on how to "Auto Find" your Battery e,g 11576 Inverter with 11448 Battery you are looking for Pylon but the Inverter should find the Battery for you.
