  1. Does the system have an EPS & ATS built in? Yes
  1. If yes to the question above, does it require a separate earth rod?

This is the wiring diagram for the whole system, you can connect the backup load to the backup port (EPS port).  If the grid shuts down, the inverter internal circuit will cut off the connection between the grid and device, and the back up port will supply the power to the important loads.

2.1 How do you wire the circuits you want on the EPS circuits? Separate EPS port is available for wiring, see below.

3. In relation to the temperature characteristics;

- It says it performs to -20. Can you confirm both what temperature the battery will cease to charge and also separately at what temperature it will cease to discharge

When temperature drops below 0 degree the battery will cease to charge and when the temperature drops below -20 degree the battery will cease to discharge.

3.1) I presume this battery has some form of heating technology. Can you confirm what this is and how it works? Yes there are heating films built in the battery and a heating relay to control the heating film to switch on/off. When the temperature falls below 5 degree it will be switched on and when temperature exceed 8 degrees, it will be switched off.

4. Aerosol - I understand the aerosol will discharge in the event of overheating. – The Aerosol will be activated only in condition where there is fire.

When the aerosol discharges, does this mean the system can't be reused as it will be damaged?

4.1) Is the aerosol able to be replaced after it has been discharged by the engineer? No

When the aerosol discharges, it means the system can't be reused, because we have to assumed in this scenario the battery has most likely been damaged. The entire battery will need to be replaced.
